First Wednesday of every month
Charles Redfern of Orgnico organises a monthly tasting program on behalf of Slow Food London in a gastro-pub in Clerckenwell.

He says “We basically get a supplier along and have food/wine around that supplier’s products and with the supplier giving a brief talk/presentation. I want a bit of a UK-bias on this but it doesn’t have to be - it does have to be provenance foods, either from the farm or traditional or with a provenance story. Slow Food of course is not organic but it does have a “good, clean and fair” approach - and my preference is to put forward organic products.”

He has several participants lined up already and would love to see more - so if you fancy a bit of positive PR, contact Charles for more information: charles@organico.co.uk
NB: If you have time take a look at Greenpeace video on Fish4Ever in youtube - type Greenpeace, tuna maldives and you’ll get it!
